Restaurant POS

A POS built for hotel F&B, not adapted from retail.

Tables, menus, kitchen tickets and billing for every outlet in the property — with in-house guest bills posting straight to the room folio instead of being settled at the counter.

Included from the Business plan onward.

Capabilities

What it does.

Each item below maps to a screen you can use on day one of a trial.

Outlets, areas and tables

Run several restaurants, cafés and room service from one workspace. Each outlet holds its own areas, table layout, menu and staff assignments.

Menus, modifiers and combos

Categories, items, modifier groups and combo pricing. Menus are per outlet, so the rooftop and the coffee shop do not share a card.

Orders and KOT

Take dine-in, takeaway and room service orders against a table or a room. Kitchen order tickets route to the kitchen screen with order status tracked through to served.

Room-charge posting

An in-house guest's bill posts to their reservation folio as a charge line. It appears on the final invoice at checkout with no re-entry at the front desk.

Billing and GST

Bills settle by cash, card or room charge, with GST applied at the line level and tax invoices generated through the same invoicing system the front desk uses.

Guests, reservations and waitlist

Table reservations, a waitlist for walk-ins, and a guest record that carries feedback and visit history for the outlet.

Staff and shifts

Assign staff to outlets and shifts, with roles controlling who can void, discount or settle a bill.

Outlet dashboard

Sales, orders and category performance per outlet, so an F&B manager can read the day without exporting anything.

In the chain

From table to the guest's final invoice.

The reason to run F&B inside the PMS rather than beside it: the charge never has to move between two systems.

  1. 01

    Order

Taken against a table, a room or a takeaway counter.

  2. 02

    Kitchen

KOT routes to the kitchen screen; status tracked to served.

  3. 03

    Bill

Settled at the outlet, or posted to the in-house guest's folio.

  4. 04

    Invoice

Appears on the guest's tax invoice at checkout, already taxed.

What this module does not do.

We would rather you find this here than after you have signed.

  • Offline ordering. The POS requires a live connection — it does not queue orders locally during an outage.
  • Swiggy, Zomato and other aggregator order ingestion. There is no aggregator integration today.
  • Direct thermal printer and KOT hardware drivers. Printing goes through the browser.

Works with

It does not run alone.

These modules share the same guest, the same folio and the same ledger. Nothing is re-keyed between them.
