Stay view
A room-by-day occupancy timeline across the week. Booked, checked in, checked out and out-of-order states are visible at a glance, with arrivals and departures counted for the day.
Reservations
Create, modify and cancel reservations against live availability. Multi-room bookings, guest details and rate plans are held on one record rather than split across screens.
Rooms view & unit status
Every physical room unit carries its own occupancy and cleaning status. Checkout flips a unit to needs-cleaning automatically rather than waiting for someone to remember.
Guest registration cards
Complete and sign the registration card on screen, or send the guest a link to fill it in and sign on their own phone. The signed card is stored against the reservation and printable.
Housekeeping
Assign room tasks, record inspections and log lost and found. Room status updates propagate to the front desk as they happen.
Guest folio
Restaurant, bar, spa, laundry and minibar charges post to the guest's running bill during the stay, so checkout is a single settlement instead of a reconciliation exercise.
In the chain
Arrival to departure, on one record.
The reservation created at booking is the same record that produces the tax invoice at checkout. Nothing is retyped between these steps.
